Heather is lactose-intolerant, so it’s rare that I get anything special in the way of cheese. Every once in a while, she’ll share some aged romano with me on a salad or pasta, but soft cheeses are pretty much out. (Age and firmness seem to correlate with less lactose.) Instead, I just get to read about cheese, and The Cheese Diaires makes my mouth water.
I guess I should go have breakfast.
