I am certainly enjoying this new monitor. My NEC LCD1700V is super-cool. It's flat as a piece of paper, bright, and big.

Heather is doing fieldwork this week (she is, as it happens, out standing in her field), so I am living the bachelor lifestyle for a few days. Today, for instance, I drank several cups of coffee, typed prelim notes for most of the day, and took the dogs for a walk. In the evening, I ordered a pizza and watched News Hour.
