Heather and I went out to the range and did some work yesterday. Heather has been contracted to do some vegetation monitoring on a ranch just north of the Mexico border. It's a beautiful location, and the ranch, which has been un-grazed for the last couple of years, is lush with tall grass. Here are some photos from our day: driving in a post; Heather and the dogs; cloudy landscape; Chicago aermotor windmill; grassy landscape; Alan and the dogs; Heather, Alan, Dogs; sleepy truck dogs.
On the guest room front, we are happy to report that, for the time being, painting is complete and we've brought in a comfy new futon. Our back room is finally usable! Photos: guest room #1; guest room #2.
