Alan, You’re really piquing my interest in Lightroom. I’ve never even played with it. Do you do anything in Photoshop anymore, or are you using Lightroom exclusively?

I’ve actually not used Photoshop. I was going to say “never,” but it’s not truly that. I haven’t used Photoshop in the handful of years since I got really interested in photography, at least. So, yes, at this point I use Lightroom exclusively. I’ve thought about picking up Photoshop, but I’m not sure about the cost-to-learning-curve ratio, or if the payoff for me would be all that great. Right now, Lightroom does everything I’ve wanted to do with my photos (including a good pile of developing and adjusting, especially now with the brush and gradient tools), and it’s a real joy of a tool to work with.
